OBJECTIVE: To enable Avalanche Forecasting Services to use the data for issuing regional avalanche hazard bulletins and for assessing danger conditions for off-piste activities.
DESCRIPTION: Alpsolut has developed custom-built platforms that facilitate the management of forecasting of the context tied to avalanche hazard management and the issuing of avalanche bulletins at both local and regional levels. These tools offer multiple functionalities, including the consultation, input, and querying of snow and weather data. Among these tools, one of the most important is related to the simulation of snowpack characteristics processed using the SNOWPACK software.
